VOCA Advocate

Amigos, the Richmond (IN) Latino Center, seeks an advocate for Latina women and their children who have been victims of domestic violence. The VOCA advocate will collaborate with, and receive guidance from, A Better Way (ABW) Richmond in order to provide culturally appropriate education, advocacy, and case management for families seeking assistance. This assistance may include crisis intervention, safety planning, and medical and legal advocacy. Additionally, the Amigos VOCA Advocate will connect women and families to emergency assistance resources. Amigos and ABW are willing to provide training for the right bilingual applicant.
