Tech Support Representative

Job Summary

We are excited to announce our new pay plan! Our Tech Support Representatives will now earn $13/hr at the conclusion of training ,plus the opportunity to for pay increases within your first year!
You could make an additional $200+/mo with our average performance incentives!*

About the position;
Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
Resolve customer issues on the first call
Open and manage trouble ticket system
Patient, courteous and friendly
Demonstrate a positive attitude
Address and solve technical problems
Adhere to all work schedule assignments.
Abide by and support management directives
Adhere to all Teleperformance policies

Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:
Provide excellent customer service
Follow up on customer inquiries
Troubleshoot equipment and system problems
Enters data from customers
Exercise retention efforts when appropriate
Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
Open and manage trouble ticket system for User issues, Voice Network, Data Network, Video Network and OS issues.
Demonstrate a positive attitude
Solve technical problems in a timely manner Complete work assignments in time frames.
Adhere to all work schedule assignments.
Abide by and support management directives

Qualifications:
Six months Call Center experience preferred
One year Technical Support & Network service experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Type 25 wpm
High School Graduate or GED
Proven oral and written communication skills
Flexible availability
Ability to use Windows operating systems
Demonstrate a high sense of urgency
Sense of attention to detail, initiative.
Pass a Background Check and Drug testing
Possess a high level of Professionalism
Must have understanding of Communication (Video, Data and Voice) networking components, PC Hardware/Software and Operating Systems.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products
Experience in overcoming difficulties
Ability to understand and empathize

Proven oral & written English communication skills
