On November 7th, 2023 Ohio voters will decide whether Ohio should adopt the Right to Make Reproductive Decisions Including Abortion Initiative, which would amend the Ohio Constitution to provide that each individual has the right to make and carry out one’s own reproductive decisions. Voters will also decide on a Marijuana Legalization Initiative, which if passed, would make Ohio the 24th state to legalize marijuana for recreational use for adults 21 years of age or older.
