Summary: The aim of this grant is for organizations that provide direct services to adults in need of literacy assistance in one of the following areas: adult basic education, GED or High School equivalency, and English Language acquisition.

Funding Opportunities For Youth Leaders and Youth-Led Programs

Summary: The Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation (OSPF) is accepting proposals for best-practice suicide prevention activities planned and completed by youth-led programs in Ohio. Proposals may be connected to programs and campaigns already supported by OSPF, such as Sources of Strength and Be Present Ohio, or programs unconnected to OSPF, like SADD and original youth-led programs.

Sustainable Food System Initiative

Summary: Danone Institute North America (DINA), a nonprofit foundation partially supported by Danone North America, promotes sustainable food systems across the U.S. and Canada. In 2025, DINA will launch two competitive programs to fund innovative, community-based food initiatives:

  • Sustainable Food System Initiative (SFSI): Funding up to five transdisciplinary teams to develop projects improving nutritional health.
  • SFSI: Focus on Food: Co-funded by the Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research (FFAR), this program will support up to three teams in advancing North America’s food supply emphasizing community, human, and planetary health.

Virtual Fence Conservation Fund

Summary: The purpose of this program is to empower ranchers and agricultural landowners, conservation organizations, and Indigenous communities to adopt virtual fencing technology on public and private lands. By testing and expanding this pioneering technology, this programs aims to support both wildlife and woking lands. In addition to monetary awards, the funding agency’s Conservation Innovation Lab will provide guidance and support throughout the project implementation.
