Mission Statement

The organization’s mission is to empower Latinos to be catalysts for successfully leading sustainable change in the integrated and diverse greater Dayton region, while preserving their culture and assisting with assimilation into the fabric of the community.

The Latino Dream is composed of several organizations, business leaders around the Dayton, Ohio area. In addition, the full support through the Wright State University further strengthen the organization’s major goals.

Education Committee
To raise the level of educational attainment in the Latino community.

Housing & Banking
To promote and facilitate the engagement of Latinos in the Dayton area in home ownership and appropriate financing.

Entertainment and Restaurants
To preserve our culture while broadening our understanding and appreciation for other cultures.

Employment
To facilitate and support business development in the region leading to gainful employment and successful career development for members of the Latino community.

Health
To provide the Latino community and health care providers the information to enhance the quality of health care.
