Reach Out is a 501(c)3 volunteer healthcare organization, founded in 1994 by three medical leaders in the Miami Valley area: Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, Public Health–Dayton and Montgomery County, and the Montgomery County Medical Society.

Premier Community Health is a non-profit organization, strives to create a healthier community on behalf of Premier Health through prevention, early detection and disease self-management education. Our focus areas are cancer, diabetes, heart, lung and healthy living. Premier Health is the largest health system in SW Ohio and includes Miami Valley Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Atrium Medical Center and Upper Valley Medical Center.
The Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Project (BCCP)
BCCP was created to offer free mammograms, Pap tests and other services to uninsured women in the Southwest Ohio area. It is funded by the Ohio Department of Health through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the State of Ohio. PCH offers the BCCP in the following counties: Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Shelby. Referral line: (866) 838-8973. If you live outside these counties, we can refer you to the BCCP in your area.
