Funeral planned at UD to honor Det. Jorge Del Rio after 30 years on the force (WHIO)

Dayton police Det. Jorge Del Rio has passed away, according to Dayton police Chief Richard Biehl.

His death was announced during a brief media conference Thursday afternoon. (read more from WHIO)
